That moment of discovery might come while bonding over your favorite enemies-to-lovers arc during a DIY bookmark session, getting a personalized book rec from an author who just gets your taste, or being drawn in by the shimmer of foil and hand-lettered signage across the aisle.

For authors—whether traditionally published, hybrid, or staunchly self-published—our goal is to help you build sustainable, creative, and financially independent careers on your own terms. Toward that mission, we developed The Signing Store: a centralized platform that eliminates the stress of shipping and inventory management. With POD pre-orders, customer data, and streamlined fulfillment, authors gain valuable insights that extend connections long after the tables are folded, and the last Sharpie runs dry.

Reader Nation 2025 is in the Paris Ballroom at the Paris Las Vegas. The address is 3655 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
The signing runs from 10am-4pm. Since admission is free, just show up at registration, and we will get you checked in. No need to have anything, we will have your name in our system.
If you are driving and self-park, the ballroom is at the bottom of the escalators from the parking garage. If you are coming in from the main lobby you'll need to make your way through the casino.

Every attendee receives a free ticket, which provides entry to Friday's book signing and the option to add a VIP Swag Bag. The first 1000 ticket holders will receive one free book and a standard tote bag to carry home your new books.

How can I meet James Patterson?
Meeting James Patterson is by lottery selection only.
All Reader Nation ticket holders were automatically entered into the lottery, and selected winners have been notified by email.
If you received a winner confirmation, you’ll receive a wristband at registration along with a designated 15-minute timeslot for your signing.
VIP Bag Holders: Your fifth book will be a free copy of Disrupt Everything—and Win: Take Control of Your Future to have signed during your slot. This book will not be in your bag—it will be provided at James’s signing table.
General Admission Readers: You’ll receive your free tote at registration, and your free book will be available at the signing table during your assigned time.

Yes, we will have a FedEx table with 20- and 50-pound boxes ready to ship back your books. We are making it as simple as possible to come to the show, buy all your amazing goodies, and deliver them straight to your reading cave.
Yes, we have a group block at the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.
The room rate for 2025 in our block is $142 to $182, depending on the night. There is an additional $15 per day resort fee ($17.01 with tax). Reservations must be made by October 2, 2025, to receive the group rate. After this date, the rate will depend on hotel availability.
