• Documentary Screening: immediately after the keynote

Following Andy Weir’s closing keynote, Reader Nation will host a special Friday-night screening of the 90-minute documentary Indie Author: A Documentary for All Who Dare to Dream.

When:

• Author Check-in & Setup: 7:30 AM

• VIP & Author Nation Attendees: Doors open at 10:00 AM (you may enter right away since you already have your badge and lanyard). If you missed check-in the night before and still need your badge/lanyard, visit our Concierge Table at Registration in Palace 3, 4, 5.

• General Admission Attendees: Doors open at 11:00 AM. Register in Palace 3, 4, 5.

  • Signing continues until: 4:00 PM for all readers. Authors and exhibitors must pack up and check out by 6:00 PM. 

• Book Club (6:30 PM – 7:30 PM): After Saturday’s signing expo wraps, Reader Nation shifts into a relaxed, community-driven evening of book club meetups, where readers and authors connect in small groups around shared stories and genres.
